Zendesk is a customer support help desk application which acts as a fully featured back end for customer service reps (CSRs) and customer support agents.
It is an intuitive support processes that allows you to collect online
support requests through a variety of channels and includes email
integration.
Zendesk can be thought of as your online support portal for customers
that can even be branded as part of your online operation. Knowledge
bases, forums, FAQs and content can be published on the portal and
connect with online ticket processing.
Your unique domain name can be added to your business email address in
any language you can integrate Zendesk with other cloud services such as
Salesforce.com, Freshbooks, 37signals, Twitter and Yammer.
How Much Does it Cost?
Zendesk prices start at just $9 a month and the regular version is $19 per rep. The a Plus+ edition, with added features such as hosting, an SSL certificate remote backup costs a little more.
